What format are the photos in?
All PhotosArePosted.com photos are in JPG format.

Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that we have posted.

Can I submit photos to sell?
Right now the only photos that we sell are the ones taken by PhotosArePosted.com and it's partners. In the future we may consider this.

Do you offer refunds?
For online downloads, it is not possible for us to offer refunds, due to the nature of the product (once you have it...you have it). If you purchased a print, and it is not to your liking, however, we will replace it.

Are there any restrictions on my use of the photos that I download?
Some. Purchasing an image download gives you the right to use the image an unlimited number of times, for PERSONAL use. It is important to understand that, by making a purchase on PhotosArePosted.com, you are purchasing a non-exclusive LICENSE ("permission") to use a particular image, and not purchasing the image outright. So-called "full-buyout" pricing is available for images for which you would like permanent ownership and control. Contact us for more information on this. With your personal license, you can make any prints, in any amount, or size prints you want, put the image on a mug for your mom, or on your Web site...but you cannot use it for commercial purposes (use it to advertise a product, or re-sell it to another person or company). Companies wishing to use our images in advertising, or for other commercial purposes should contact us for commercial licensing information.

What is a "Booking?"
Due to its largely editorial mission, BMXNOW does not operate like a traditional "photo vendor." This means we do not shoot every person, in every moto, in every class...all weekend long--netting thousands of images at the end of each event. Our approach is to "shoot for quality," which usually means the leader, or first and second place riders in select races. If you want to be sure we "focus" on your rider, we can set up a "booking" for you. Once the booking is set up, you tell us the moto number and gate positions of your rider(s), and for a fee of $10 per rider, we will be sure we're in the right place at the right time. The booking fee is nonrefundable, and not a guarantee of an excellent (or even usable) shot--just helps increase our odds of getting one for you. The fee will be deducted from any order you place for that event.
